Dr.Bhatia and his staff have always been wonderful to the dogs in our Rescue. We aren't the easiest customers, calling in for last minute appointments, bringing them dogs that are often in pretty bad shape, or who are terrified from recent ordeals. They've always been extremely accommodating,and you can tell they really care about the animals. Dr. Bhatia and his staff have saved the lives of many of our dogs, some of which I didn't think would pull through. For their dedication, empathy and professionalism....CAARE says THANK YOU!

I don't know about the service but the blaring ad that starts at their homepage, with no apparent way to turn it off, is really really irritating. The email contact form requires all sorts of unnecessary info, including how you learned about them. It certainly leaves me with the impression that their business needs are put first and foremost..

I got my cat Mandy from a private breeder last year and brought her here for spaying surgery. Their animal hospital is couple blocks from where I live in Kitsilano, so it was very convenient for me. One of the main reasons I love this place is all veterinary doctors are very honest - and I heard them from two previous cat owners who recommended their veterinary clinic. They will not sell you on the extras and their prices are one of the most affordable in Vancouver from my research. Spaying surgery went excellent with no visible scars and recovery was fast - I was impressed. Their clinic is very clean and staff is extra caring. If you are looking for a vet, give them a try.

We've been taking our cat to Cypress St. Animal Hospital for over a decade and are happy with the service we've received. They remember their patients by name and are always welcoming. The prices are reasonable, the hours very accommodating and the doctor knowledgeable and professional. The office is not as well appointed and spacious as other clinics I have taken my cat to, but the kindness and warmth of the staff more than makes up for this. Would definitely recommend.
