Fabulous staff very resourceful with my highly uncooperative cat. Pleasant and reasonably priced.

They don't seem particularly sensitive to animals or their owners. As already mentioned in another review, very pushy about adding extra services to the bill. Refused to let me stay with my pet, and then later when i brought her back home and she was completely distraught and scared out of her wits, they explained that she was 'a little difficult' and required extra sedation. They've repeatedly failed to notify me of procedures they've carried out, and only when i call them up later to ask about a certain shaved patch of fur that was not there before will they apologize and explain what happened. I'll not be going to them again and you shouldn't either.

i buy certain cat food and insulin from them, slightly cheaper than other places, and offers a discount if you order ahead of time. The doc...well, he is alright, but it's buyer beware ie. u gotta do your homework and not do all the services recommended as with all the other pet clinics...ie, if your cat is strictly indoors and i mean strictly nvr goes out...why does it need deworming?

I chose to go Pacific pet clinic because it's very close from home. I usually walk there with my dog. I've been there about 3 times and I felt that they are little pushy to get things done (such as nail cutting, dental cleaning) The vet doesn't speak good English and made me feel uncomfortable. ((If they miss your call, don't worry, the receptionist will call the number to find out why you called. One day I called the clinic from work and made an appointment. 5min later, another receptionist called my work number because she saw the phone# on caller ID!!! ))
