Our 3 year old puggle KC has been going to this clinic for her entire life. Throughout that time I have found the staff of PGVH to be very king and knowledgeable. Fraser and his team are a pleasure to deal with when our puggle needs some fixing up and I highly recommned this clinic.

I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Davidson and his staff. He spends a lot of time explaining the situation and is very compassionate. He also follows up with personal phone calls to make sure that our dogs are doing alright. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Veterinary Clinic to anyone who cares about the best available for their furry loved ones.

I took my basset puppy here for first visit - I would highly recommend Dr. Davidson, his facility and staff! I actually did my homework and checked out many vets in my area (Dunbar/Point Grey) and this was the best. I popped in and Dr. Davidson was so gracious to take time to answer questions and show me around. Not only is the facility very clean but also really cozy. Our first check-up did not disappoint - the staff were really sweet and genuinely interested in our visit. Dr. Davidson was informative, thorough and most importantly gentle with our new boy. I highly recommend checking this place out!

We took our retriever to this clinic about four or five times before we finally had enough. The only reason we chose it to begin with was that it was walking distance to our house (we didn't have a car then). Dr. Pedlow seems like an experienced vet who knows what he's doing. However he charges ridiculous rates and fees. For instance, our dog's eye was always full of tears so we took him in. The vet charged us 40 dollars for ONE DROP of anathaestics and another 40 dollars for ONE DROP of dye solution to check for scratches, in addition to the regular exam fee. The total cost of the exam came out to about 180 dollars! Worst of all, when I got home and had a closer look at the reciept, I decided to call in and ask if this was correct (I mean, 40 dollars for one drop?!). The receptionist/assistant was extremely rude about it and treated us like poor ignorant people who don't deserve their time (we are both graduate students, we don't have 180 dollars to spare... yet). In short, this clinic charges ridiculous prices and staff is exceptionally rude. I found a MUCH better, cleaner, cheaper and overall nicer clinic just a few blocks away on 4th ave.
