While this is all fresh in my mind, I thought I'd write a positive review. Just a few days ago, something was not right with my kitty. I called & instantly they found a spot available for an exam. The staff is truly amazing, kind and caring, and show unconditional love for all pets. Unfortunately the news of my kitty's situation was not good, but at 20 years old one can expect her life to come to an end. Dr. Kim helped me through my decision making, was honest, provided me with all the information I asked for and more. I had to let my kitty go. The staff again stepped up to show how truly wonderful they are not only to our pets but to us, the Mom's & Pop's. They allowed me to hold my wonderful kitty as she passed away, and gave me as much private time I needed with her. They guided me and took care of us both. I recommend this caring hospital as the place to take your pet in any situation. They truly care. I received a condolence card in the mail today. Thank you UAH!

Great local animal hospital. Dr. Kim is a kind, gentle and thorough vet. Also, they have some great long term staff. The last reviewer complained publicly about being charged over $60 for a professional with years of higher education to examine their pet and prescribe medication. I guess he didn't see all of Dr. Kim's credentials posted on the wall. It's absurd to suggest that any doctor should work for free.

Consistently overcharged we have moved on. Kim charges over 60 dollars every time, even for re-prescribing ointment and dispenses in minute amounts. An examination can take as little as 5 minutes and does, I timed him, yet we got billed $63 dollars several times! He is working at $720 an hour before he up sells. The guy is a greedy jerk I worry for older people who cannot afford but trust guys like him. Please think twice.

A bit biased because I didn't go for medical treatment on a pet, but the ladies who work the front end there are angels! Was in a situation that I needed my cat boarded and out of the apartment for our landlord and called there extremely last minute, them never seeing my cat before, and they bent over backwards to help me! The customer service I received is exactly what makes the world go around, just great staff!

I took my kitty to get out an ingrown nail. They were fantastic, very good service and good price. Nothing else to ask.
