Very clean, professional and well-managed environment. The team at the Downtown Vet Clinic are absolutely amazing! They've always provided excellent care for my dogs, and you can tell they genuinely care for their well-being. I called last minute with a problem and they saw me within 15 minutes! They go the extra mile and that's very much appreciated.

Dr. Degi and his team are compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and their cures are effective. All of our pets (dogs, cat) are taken care of by Dr. Degi to maintain them as the healthy, sleek coated creatures they are. Dr. Degi is aware of current research and always takes care to ensure follow up and efficacy of his treatments. We feel very grateful to him and his team and we trust them with our beloved pets.

My cat's never like the car ride but they are actually happy to see the vet! This place is wonderful and always takes the best care of my kitties! They even went out their way to help me out when I had bed bugs and needed to take the cats out of my apartment for a while!

Dr. Degi and the entire staff at Downtown Veterinary Clinic are the best! Having moved from Texas a year ago with my 4 animal babies (2 poodles and 2 kitties), I spent a great deal of time searching for the “right” veterinary care for my very spoiled and high maintenance pet family. My poodles always seem to be getting into trouble, and I first met Dr. Degi when Maverick (my youngest poodle) swallowed something (a toy) while I was traveling and needed a few days of care immediately. Downtown Veterinary took excellent care of Maverick and he recovered completely! I am confident that all of my animal babies receive the best care from Downtown Veterinary Clinic! The clinic is state of the art, clean, friendly and everyone is professional and quick to respond. All of my animals love going to “visit”!

I really love Downtown Veternary Clinic and I recommend it to all pet owners. Dr. Degi and his staff are the most caring of all the Veterinary Clinics I have ever been to. I have 2 dogs, one of them have a dislocated knee and after taking h...im to a Veterinarian which didn't treat him very gentle he became scared and was shaking every time I had to take him to the Clinic. We recently moved to Victoria and a friend recommended us The Downtown Veterinary Clinic. The first time I took him there he was calm, he wasn't scared any more and both of my dogs love Dr Degi and his Saff because they are very gentle . You can really feel that these people have a real passion for animals and for the job they are doing. I don't have enough words to thank them for the way they treat my dogs.
