I've been taking my cats to Fairfield Pet Clinic for five years now, it's a wonderful, bright, clean and calm place, and Dr. Hettle and his staff have a real affinity for communicating with both our furry friends and their owners. Fairfield veterinary clinic has a truly professional, clean, warm, friendly atmosphere. Ive taken my dog to see Dr. Hettle on at least one occasion, and at the time they did not know my association with his clinic as another medical professional. It gave me a joy to see them work, organized, and very capable. I was very impressed with their level of service, and the Drs recommendations were great. My dog's ear troubles cleared up in no time, and I wasn't stuck with an outrageous bill. Over the years we have had many cats and dogs share their lives with us and we have been to many veterinarians. When we moved to Victoria we were fortunate to find the Fairfield Pet Clinic. Alan Hettie is very knowledgeable and caring and treats our animals and us with respect. One of our cats has chronic ear problems and although in pain and discomfort when we visit, she always starts purring when Alan examins her. He seem to do no wrong where she is concerned. I think she has a crush on him! Susie and Trinity are extremely helpful and always seem to be able to find solutions. I never hesitate to call when we have a concern about our pets as they are always there. They're the best!
