I was pleasantly surprised with the level of professional service and caring provided for my dog. No nonsense, highly professional and truly caring staff. I am able to compare McKenzie clinic to a few other highly recommended vet clinics in Victoria area and this place was by far the best. I highly recommend it.

My dog has been going there for 8 years and she loves Dr McCartney. The care is excellent, informative and completely trustworthy. All the staff I have interacted with have been fabulous. I can't recommend this clinic highly enough.

Best vet in town. Friends and family all agree. These guys really care about your pet. The owner Malcolm is often spoken highly of, and he also does the only mobile vet in town. The diversity of expertise his veterinarians have, and their ability to work communally with their skill sets is really interesting. I was first recommended to them by the Pet Loss Care Memorial, then by several friends when I was looking for somewhere to go after deciding to ditch Shaw Pet Hospital (ugh). Great team, always feel like they are honest with me... well, they did charge $25 for nail-clipping but in fairness they did ask me if I wanted it... just not how much it would be.

A big thank you to Dr. Signorella, Dr. Leuenberger and Dr. Tom for your compassionate care during the last week of our dear Maya's life - she was our wonderful pet (dog) of 16 years. The mobile vet service made a huge difference for Maya during those last few days and your personal, kind care of our beloved dog is so appreciated. A big thank you also to Jessica, the receptionist who graciously fielded several panicked and tearful phone calls over the last few days and thank you also to the animal care assistants who helped out on the in-home visits. Finally, a big hug to Dr. Signorella, our regular vet, who made a special home visit to Maya on a day the mobile service wasn't available, in order to help us humanely end her suffering while at home surrounded by her family. We are so grateful.
