Great staff very caring and compassionate. I take my dogs here and they love it. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and recommend treatments that are in the best interest of my pet. They are not the cheapest but very comparable to other animal hospitals, the way I look at it I don’t want cheap I want my furry family members to get what they need with no corners cut.

Myself, my mother and two of my closest friends were clients of Best Friends and will not return. I was told to have a $6000 procedure done on my dog and was told my Nancy Mcquade that "if it was her dog she would do it" which obviously makes one feel like an awful pet owner. I went to get a second opinion where I was told that such extremes were not nessesary and this vet empathized stating "I don't have that kind of money to spend on my dog either". My new vet who all four of us now go to is not focused on the money that they will acquire from procedures performed on my pet and charge the same as Best Friends but only for what is actually nessesary. The other three have paid for vaccinations that when they return again they try to sell them the same vaccination stating that their pet has not received them before. Best Friends has their wallet in their best interest not my pet.

I have been taking my pets to Best Friends Animal Hospital for 4 years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else! All the staff are very knowledge and very caring towards all of my pets. I recommend Best Friends Animal Hospital to all my friends and family members!
