Where do I begin. We've had many awful experiences with this location (we have no vehicle and it's the closest for us). The receptionists are rude and the vets weren't interested in diagnosing our new puppy's issues, they were just interested in racking up a giant vet bill. We had to cab half way across the city to get a real diagnosis for him. We are extremely unimpressed with this veterinary office and have spent probably almost $1000 there in two years. We wont be going back (other than going to return the wrong bag of food they mistakenly gave us). I will gladly go out of my way not to go there. I do not recommend them for anyone.
