Overpriced, attitude, when they make mistakes, they blame you. DO NOT GO THERE
I had written before about how one of the vets was pushy about surgery on one of our cats and wanted to charge a lot of money. We had to take one of our dogs in because of a badly scratched eye ( went back because of the time and open hours ), This time we dealt directly with the owner of the clinic, he was very apologetic about how we were treated the last time. This time was a much better experience with all options well explained and no pushiness Our dog lost her eye but felt much better about the experience. The only thing that would have been better is if the owner would have contacted us when I first went in and made the complaint.
I have been taking my pets here since they opened in 2008. I have owned pets all my life, and been to lots of vet clinics. I have never been more comfortable at a vet clinic as I am at this hospital. My dog had both knees repaired there, once by a specialist and the other time by Dr. Sra. This is by far the one of the best clinics in the city. They always take us in with a short notice. all the staff is very friendly and passionate. I will recommend this clinic to everybody. Thank you for providing excellent care for our pets.
Definitely one of the best clinics I've taken my dog to! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and they take the pet owner's concern seriously. The facility itself is bright and always clean. Fantastic service!
Southglen Veterinary Hospital Winnipeg They will take your money without helping your animal at all - our cats had a simple to diagnose virus - all of our cats were becoming sick - the doctor told us it was just a coincidence - one of the cats had to be put down and now they are ALL SICK - the receptionist is callous and has ZERO empathy - she had the nerve to ask us how we found the service with them - (Doing a survey - while I'm telling her about our sick and dying cats) - when I told the receptionist that I found the cats symptoms on the internet - she laughed and mockingly and arrogantly said "well, unfortunately Dr. Google has all kinds of answers" Callous disregard - complete lack of empathy. Perhaps we could have prevented the other cat from getting sick from this. A simple throat swab would provide the answer - and instead they charged us $500 and sent us out the door with ZERO answers and a sick cat that is going to make the other cats sick. By the way if you've recently taken your cat there - they can now catch what my cats have, my cat drooled all over their office and they did nothing to sanitize after him - so if your cat was there and later becomes sick - it could be from this. The cat can carry this virus for weeks or months without symptoms and spread it to other cats - IT IS VERY CONTAGIOUS. I highly recommend that if you care at all about your pet - DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!!!!!!
