I took my new dog here to get his first shots. They told me I have to get a $70 pet exam as well as they have never met my dog before which was fine. I had to bring him back for a booster shot in a month and I had asked if there was going to be any other fees, I was told no just the price of the shot. About a month and a week later I called and booked my dog another appointment for his booster shot and all was fine. When I brought my dog in they informed me I'd have to pay another $70 to get my pet exam ed as it had been over a month. I was pretty shocked as I was never informed of that if it was after a month I'd have to pay for another exam. I talked to them 3 times and no one said a thing. I ended up walking out as I felt ripped of and all they cared about was getting that exam fee...not giving my dog his booster shot. While I was waiting to go onto the room the ladies at the deck and a man were talking about all the money they spent on new computer stuff and how everytime the computer guy comes in he changes all hardware to top of the line stuff...I will NEVER go back there and will tell others about this horrible place.

Very expensive they don't help people that are on a fixed income. I asked if they could help me they told this was not there policy.when dr snarr was there he would help who ever needed to be helped.snarr go back your hospital is going to go broke.

This is a full service organization that has a great, very knowledgeable staff. They clearly care about the animals that they treat. Wonderfully clean and organized. Easy to find and free Parking. I highly recommend them.

DR'WEBSTER is the doctor that is responsible for having my 8 year old sons dog put under,,meaning ,KILLED,, or dogs that ,,,,LOOK LIKE,,,,pit bulls,, KILLED,,for a dr, that loves animals you would think he would not be apart of this racism,,and tryin to reverse it,giving such assessment as of just a look at the dog,,and sayin its a pitt bull just isn't enough to kill a dog,the ol mighty dollar is the only reason I could think of a reason why he would be helping in having dogs KILLED,,DR.KILL DOGS SHOULD BE HIS NAME,,IF PEOPLE KNEW WHAT HE DOSE,,I DONT THINK THEY WOULD BE BRINGING THERE DOGS TO HIM ANYMORE,,I WOULDNT SUPPORT ANYTHING LIKE THIS WHAT SO EVER,,DR,WEBSTER YOU BETTER CHECK INTO YOUR MORALS,,HELP DOGS,,DONT KILL THEM FOR A COUPLE OF BUCKS,,TAKE SOME OF THAT GOOD MONEY AND ,,,,HELP DOGS ,,,
