RUN RUN RUN!!!! I had no choice but to choose the Poor to fair tab as there isn't anything lower!!! Dr M is an idiot and he does NOT handle animals very well. I took my puppy there and he insisted on clipping the hair out of his eye and poked him with the scissors. The next appointment poor little Joey growled at him (three month shih tzu), he grabbed him by the neck and held him down till his eyes bulged out!!! Now my puppy is afraid of scissors and groomers because of this idiot. I also took my exotic parrots on the second visit, at the same time as the puppy and Ruth, his assistant clipped their beaks with a nail clipper!!! Can you imagine??? RUN DON'T WALK...THIS PLACE IS WORSE THAN A DEATH CHAMBER FOR ANIMALS!!! Have never gone back...unfortunately, he has already damaged my beloved pet who finds it difficult trusting the groomers. This has to be the worse vet I have ever had in my entire life!!!!

Our smart dog ate whole bunch of chocolate, and the vet at this location (i believe he owns the place) was simply amazing. He took his time, he was caring and professional. We felt safe with his care and knowledge. thank you sir.

I really wished I had taken more of the reviews online about this vet seriously. I like to have my own impressions of this places. Point blank the worst experience I have ever had. The most rude staff I have ever come across. I am almost tempted to see the overweight lady who works in the morning is a female dog, if you catch my drift. Dr. Moodian, it is clear you wanted to be a medial doctor treating HUMANS and did not make the cut. So you decided, hey why not be a vet. Your love for animals is not there, and even though you fake it I can see right through it. Due to negligence my puppy died. They left him over night with no night staff while he was very sick. I don't understand how that happens. Never again. I am currently seeking a lawyer and have already reported them to the authorities. They don't deserve to be open and believe me I will not rest.

***UPDATE ON MY REVIEW*** January 24, 2013So I went away to New York for a funeral on October 26, 2012. My aunt stayed at my house for the weekend to cat sit. That same kitten that was sick got even worse and she had no choice but to bring my little Posh back to this vet because all the records are there. She was told by Dr. Moodian that it would cost 300+ dollars. My aunt said she did not have that kind of money but Poshs' owner would pay him when she returns. The doctor went on a tirade saying that we will never find these prices in town and he needs money now etc. Eventually he took the cat in knowing that this would violate animal rights but turning a sick cat away. He took the cat and in the morning I phoned from new york to find out how my beloved kitten was doing. The receptionist said SHE IS DEAD. We asked if anyone was there over night, Stephanie said no. These people left my 8 week old kitten to die alone. . If they knew they could not keep her why didn't they direct my aunt to the emergency clinic. Not only that but they covered it up. At first Stephanie said the doctor did not know about it, then the doctor is telling a different story that the receptionist did tell him. There was a lot of shady stories and I was stressed out. The lies that were told that weekend was amazing. I could not figure out who was telling the truth. I had gathered if thing I could to sue. He called us in to talk and reimburse the money we spent on her. The only reason why I did not go further was because I believe in Karma. If I was seeking to ruin his life, mine would be ruined. So we started afresh. He credited which was great and offered a new kitten. I did not take that kitten. We believed in him and continued. Even after the credit was finished I still came by and paid out my own pocket. Second chances. That was a mistake. Then this week we came in to have my cat neutered they turned us away because they said we gave them a bad review. How unprofessional? So what if I did? That was months ago and it was warranted. You killed my cat and we forgave you. Why didn't you call us to let us know that instead of having us starve our cat for 12 hours and waste our time by taking the day from work. This place is shady and Karma will reward them. The receptionist are rude and cold. There is so much to the story but my point is. SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE THE LIVES OF YOUR PETS AND SAVE YOUR ENERGY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE IN BRAMPTON!!!! I have reported them to the governing board of vets in Ontario. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ******DO NOT BRING CATS HERE!*****I did not have a pleasant experience here. Date October 20, 2012 mid day. The receptionist was nice thought. I read the comments here and thought it would be a good idea. I was wrong. I didn't get any "free" first visit. My kittens had a really bad case of diarrhea. He was very insensitive (Indian doc I believe). Told me how they could die and needed to do a viral test to see if they would die anyway.CWTF?? I did not take the test. You want more money just because??? haha w/e. I was so upset. He scorned them, handled my 8 week old kittens very harshly. They were so scared and he did nothing to try and make it comfortable I was very heart-broken leaving that office and will never return.

Took my puupy there and the vet tech Sandra was awesome. She is a caring animal person that was very knowlegable and caring. The doctor there also was very caring and helpful. I will continue to go there. Staff is awesome.
