Our dog has severe skin allergies and ear infections, we took him to a number of vets who seemed content with taking our money but never really treating our dog. So we drove all the way from Toronto, where we live, to Brampton where Brookfield, based on a referral from a friend who stands by this vet, staff was extremely helpful and took to work by completely curing our dog within 3 weeks with a full spectrum of treatments other vets never even gave us the option for. They did this all by giving us a great deal at the same time. Our dog is now healthier and happier, he looks 5 years younger than the day I took him in. I'd like to thank the doctors and the staff and highly recommend them.

I was looking for a vet most closest to me so it is easy for me to visit with my pet. I called several times for a quote to vaccinate my new puppy many months ago (first time pet owner) and I was satisfied with their quote of $69 + tax for vaccination and vet check. I went in with my puppy and the doctor did all sorts of checks, recommended this/that scans and tests and gave me some medication for deworming. In the end the bill went up to $300! The receptionist told me to bring in a stool for stool check and I guess she forgot to mention the price which isn't included in her quote! And one of the nurse looked angry when handling my puppy as well. The receptionist also looked upset when I was asking all sorts of questions about my bill, as if I know how to read prescriptions and understand what they are for. Never going back, I suggest others to go elsewhere for better service.

I am very very upset with this Veterinary Hospital!! About 2 weeks ago on June 29th, my friend brought in his cat to be neutered and get a full check up so he was up to date on everything as the cat was coming to live with me. The procedures went fine and we thought everything was a-okay. I have had the cat at home with me since that day. Today I had to bring the cat to my Vet because there was something wrong with his ears. Well go figure my Vet says the poor baby has EAR MITES and has had them for a very very long time (this cat is only 1). So how does this happen that Brookfield didn't catch this while they said they were doing a full check up on him.... I don't understand this. The cats original owner and I are EXTREMELY upset about the lack of care, from Brookfield, regarding this matter.

I went here on a good recommendation from a good friend who owns the brother of my dog. I figured it would be good if they had the same vet. However, both experiences I've had there have not been this great service, fair prices and friendly attitude that my friend said that I would experience. Maybe this vet picks and chooses who she treats well or not. Both times I got quotes from them on vaccines or procedures it's always different when I go to the appointment, jumping as high as $100 more than what I was quoted. The vet does act in a way to make us feel guilty for refusing certain procedures because we can't afford them. One of my other friends has agreed that she has the same experience there... I will be looking for a new vet!!

i think all you people who are leaving negative comments are slightly retarded. my entire family takes their animals to this vet. she is incredicle and actually cares for the animals and will not hesitate to slam you if you are not a responsible or good owner to your pet. and rightfully so. she did a double procedure for my bulldog to save me money and reduce pain and healing time for dog. this vet is great and will look after your animal with great care.
