We have dealt with Burlington Animal hospital for approx. 20 years and have to say, nothing but professionalism, wonderful staff, caring staff and have always taken great care of my two fur babies. I just had to put my second dog down a few weeks ago and they are so caring and wonderful. All through I cannot complain about a thing. If you are thinking about using them I would highly recommend this team of doctors and staff to take care of your pets.

We have been taking our pets, both cats and dogs, to the Burlington Animal Hospital since 1993 and only have the highest of praise for all their staff! They have provided excellent care for all our pets throughout all the stages of their lives. We have found them to be knowledgeable, thorough and also know when it was necessary to refer to other veterinarians/clinics. They have been responsible over the years, only recommending necessary treatments and tests. They have been extremely supportive and compassionate when our cat and dog became ill and we had to make the difficult decision to let them go in peace. Early this year we moved to Etobicoke, yet we continue to bring our pets back to the Burlington Animal Hospital for their excellent care.

The staff at Burlington Animal Hospital are kind, courteous and caring. They have been amazing with my dog. They have even helped me with options financially for the care of my dog. The veterinarians are very compassionate about their work and listen to your needs for your pets.

For over 55 years , I and my entire extended families have experienced the best of Pet care and the deepest compassion with each illness , emergency or with the passing of each pet.. They have always treated our pets as though they are human. I smile when I recall the early days with Dr. Vivian who always had a joke or story to tell and who had such a marvellous way with animals. Of course Dr.s Martin and Coultes were just as special. As they gradually retired , I moved away for a period of 5 years, flitting from one strange vet to another during that time. When I returned to Burlington, I was somewhat reluctant to return to the fully new staff. But , I have been extremely pleased that the newer,younger Vets and assistants are just as concerned and thorough. The last time I went on holiday , I boarded my Kitties with them and received an email midweek,complete with photos of my kitties enjoying their cat tree and toys. Best Vet in the area!!! ( I have been to 4 others). Our dog is very anxious and is not good with strangers, yet every time we visit he walks in happily. He can feel the true love they have for animals.
