We have been customers for almost a year and had been taking our 2 dogs there until they charged us for a vaccine they never administered. When we realized we had paid for it but our dog never received it, we contacted them to setup an appt and they refused to give it to our dog without another examination. I assumed they would absorb the exam fee seeing as how it was their fault but they would not. I would not recommend this vet as they take advantage of their customers and try to gauge you for more exam fees while "pre-charging" you for vaccines your dog has not yet received. Read your bills very carefully with this place!

Dr. Honda has been so compassionate and caring with our pets and has helped us tremendously in our most difficult moments with them as well. She goes above and beyond. The staff is awesome and always friendly, I always feel like they have time for me and my pets
