Dr. Waddell is a FANTASTIC doctor. He really cares about our four legged family members and us. He has a true love for the animals and it shows. He doesn't suggest any unnecessary treatments or medication, which is an added bonus as vet bills can get pricey! His diagnosis is spot on and he is by far the best vet we've come across in our 20 years of pet ownership. Thank you Dr Waddell and staff!

Kevin is an amazing Vet he has such outstanding ability and cares deeply. I first came to Kevin with my dog Kye who had allergy issues. Kevin was the only vet that truly knew what was wrong and treated Kye my dog lived an extra 3 years thanks to Kevin. I now take my new girl Lady to him and would recommend his practice to everyone who cares for their pet

Dr. Waddell and staff are great to deal with at Townline Animal Hospital. I started bringing my dog in about a year ago and she has had a number of health issues over her 5 years. Dr. Waddell wanted to get a hold of her past records from other vets. What impressed me more was that he actually took the time to read through all 50+ pages of it. Then he offered to send it to me as an attachment in an email so that I had it electronically as well! Awesome. He's very thorough with examinations and explains everything as he goes. He lets me know about the pros and cons of treatments and keeps me informed on details of pricing (which seem very fair...and I've been to many vets!) I'm really happy to have found such a great vet in Cambridge. They are actually located on the exact opposite end of town from where I live, but the extra 20 minute drive is well worth it.

Kevin is a great vet who really cares, not only about his patients, but also their human companions who foot the bills. I've owned pets for decades and have used many vets in different areas of the province. I've had good ones and others that were all about the dollars. After having moved to Cambridge 3 years ago we decided to try Townline Vet since it was close. We are so glad we found this vet who is knowledgeable, takes time to explain everything to you and also is careful not to recommend unnecessary procedures. Thanks Kevin. I have been a satisfied client of Townline Animal Hospital since 2010. Dr. Kevin Waddell is one of those vets who still remembers why he went to veterinary school: FOR THE LOVE OF ANIMALS. I never doubt that the advice he offers is in the animal's best interest, not simply a business decision for his own benefit. I would highly recommend this clinic for various reasons. Firstly, Dr. Waddell takes a twenty-first century approach to customer service. I get email reminders for vaccinations and upcoming appointments. I get additional information about the diagnosis following the visit, also by email. If I have a question, I feel comfortable sending my vet an email and confident that I'll get an appropriate response within minutes or hours. How many other professionals do this? Secondly, Dr. Waddell takes a kind-hearted approach to the treatment of the animals in his care. What do I mean by this? When I contacted him about performing a spay operation on a barn cat that I wanted to save, he, without prompting, offered to provide vaccinations to this animal at his own expense. I was impressed by this action, and I'm not sure that all vets would have been so charitable in offering this service/product. Finally, Dr. Waddell seems truly excited by what he does. He isn't simply going through the motions. Far from it! He seems to take great interest in every dog and cat that I have taken to his clinic. The initial examination he performed on my dog was more thorough than I had ever received from another veterinarian. I got a full summary of my dog's physical condition and potential services he might need down the road so that I could plan and prepare for them. Good service!
