We just had our first appointment at the Coxwell Animal Clinic and couldn't have been happier to have made the switch. The whole team is very friendly, and they all take their time to fully explain your options, be transparent about services and relevant costs, as well as to make sure your pet is as comfortable as they can be. Rosey is the sweetest at the front desk, too!

We have two indoor cats we adopted May 2013. The shelter recommended we take them to a vet for an assessment. We picked the closest place to us, Riverdale Animal Hospital and boy, were we sorry. Although the front staff were friendly, the clinic was run-down and dirty, the vet recommended extra unnecessary tests and couldn't explain the results of the tests taken. When our female had pancreatitis, we brought here there as an emergency. They saved her life, but for a mere $1100+. The doctor (although smart) was so impossible to understand (language barrier) we were in the dark and scared. It was so frustrating; it felt like the money was first and the treatment was second. Coxwell got shining reviews so when our male baby started acting strangely after getting a vaccine, we took him there. A golden experience. Dr Woo was amazing! She was gentle and thorough and appreciated that we had tried to help him at home first. He was lethargic and agreed it was likely constipation as a side effect. They gave him an enema and let him run around the clinic. She thought home care was best with some pain meds for comfort. Dr Woo was understanding, genuine, honest and clear. She made me feel like the health of our lil guy was important to her and wanted to help instead of just seeing him as another chance for $$. She called the next day to check how he was doing and to comment on his blood work. I encourage everyone to consider switching, it is worth it!

Brought our new addition (Rescue from SPCA - 5 Years old) to this clinic by recommendation. Our first dog has been visiting another clinic. After this visit to Coxwell Animal Clinic we will be transferring our first dog to this establishment. From the moment you walk in you feel like family (everyone is warm and welcoming) and they truly love the animals. Great experience and I would recommend all pet owners check them out.

Coxwell Animal Clinc and the team they have there are so great with my cat. They take the extra steps to ensure his comfort, which is something that should be regularly practised but isnt in most places. Every time I take my kitty there I have full confidence that he will be well taken care of weather its advise about the best grocery store -affordabul- brand to purchase for him or even to setting out fermonded scented towles for him to lay down on and keep his nerves low. My kitty had anxiety and my trust is with the Coxwell Animal Clinc team 100% to get the job done effectivly and efficiantly but most of all with extrem care. Thank you guys!

This is the best vet office around. I had a bad experience with a different vet office, and was in a rush to find a new vet as my dog was quite ill. Coxwell took me in right away, and was able to help diagnose my dog quickly. Dr Kestelman was fantastic. She was very thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. Although my dog eventually had to be taken to a specialist (due to the nature of her condition), the vets at Coxwell continued to check in on my dog and make sure that she was doing well and that all of my questions were answered. Because of the excellent service, I have transferred both of my dogs to Coxwell permanently. I have been very satisfied with the service since. The staff here, from reception and vet techs to the vets themselves are all amazing. Everyone is super-friendly and knowledgeable. I rely on them for everything! I highly recommend this vet!
