My cat was suffering from a painful infection so we rushed over to the Etobicoke Veterinary Hospital as it was the closest vet to us. Despite me being in a total panic, the staff were very kind and accommodating and they treated my cat and prescribed her medication. The prices were affordable and Dr. Miller was patient and kind in explaining everything that was going on with my cat. It was a great visit.

I spent 10 years taking my American Pitbull to Dr. Richard who sadly passed away recently in March 2014. One of the nicest vets and only vet that has ever seen my dog. He was professional , but he also loved his job and even tho my dog did not like him he found ways around always getting him checked out accordingly. On august 25th 2014 , my dog ran from the backyard and the humane society found him and due to the law in Ontario , they required me to neuter him . I attended the clinic hoping to get a letter signed by a vet to say that my dog is not healthy enough to get neutered. Because he truely wasnt, he is about to hit 11 years old and he just does not have the energy or the stamina to survive much longer especially if he has to get neutered. So the humane society has given me 2 days or they will kill my dog, a family pet, a pet that has earned this clinic alot of money over 10 years. And a pet that has never hurt anyone , ever. and now they wont even help me save my dogs life. They know a 10 year old male pitbull is a grandfather and should not be neuteurd but they just want the money . its a shame .... I will never return to these dog killers ever again .

I believe the vet I saw was Mrs. Miller... She was so kind and honest about what I needed to have done with my dog Tazz... I drove from Brampton after a friend of mine referred me to her. I've been to other clinics but this one is my favorite... The prices are affordable and everyone there is amazing!

I used this vet for the past 10 years for my dog without hesitation of getting a second opinion as I trusted the staff. I moved and had to take my dog to another vet and they detected she had a heart murmur. Reluctantly I thought this new vet was lying as Richard and his staff would have detected this already with my dog so I never went back to the new vet and continued to bring my dog to Richard. 2 years later my dog fell ill due to a breathing problem and I brought her in and Richard saw her and prescribe some meds. The next day we brought her back as she was doing worse and low and behold that is when he indicated she have a heart murmur! He advised me to rush her to the ER in Oakville. When we got to the ER in Oakville they received no warning from this vet that we were coming and they were pretty upset as they could have prepared themselves better for my dog. Sadly my dog passed away at the ER. I would NEVER recommend this vet to anyone and have stop bringing my other pets to this location. All the staff are incompetent.

I have been taking our dog there for the last 5 years and have found the staff very pleasant and concerned for what is the best for our dog. I started going to the clinic looking for a second opinion and quickly switched as I felt very comfortable with the staff and the recommendations from the vets.
