Horrible horrible!! The people working there are very ignorant not to mention the actual owner (Dr. Nancy Roncal) I walked in there inquiring about a type of dog food and was quoted $106.00. after calling to have ALL of my dogs file transferred from another vet clinic (thinking this would be a great place to go) they quoted me $130 + Tax - the lady on the phone said she would have to call me back after I explained to her the pricing problem, after over 1 hour of waiting i called the clinic back and had to RE EXPLAIN my problem again and the lady started arguing with me then hung up on me! After calling back I had Dr. Nancy answer and scream at me telling me that this is the price and i was quoted a price that was in the system from a different DISCONTINUE dog food. I attempted to explain that it is not my fault that they do not keep up to date files and that the dog food they quoted me as actually discontinued 3 years ago (I had known this due to my dog being on that food once), she eventually hung up on me after she probably realized that I knew that they CLEARLY were making up their own mark-up and pricing. This vet clinic takes advantage of poor pet owners with random pricing mark ups. Their service is not for the pet but for their own money hunger gain. I do not suggest you go to this clinic, i have also already reported them to the Better Business Bureau STAY AWAY!

We have been bringing out pets there since 2004. The Dr is always very friendly and cares about animals. We feel like they are very fair and that they don't try to suggest unnecessary things just to make money. The Dr will make recommendations but is not pushy and respects your decisions.

I've brought 2 of my cats to this clinic where i got all of their shots and fixed them. i couldnt be happier with the service, the vet is really nice and helpful. im very pleased!! PLUS, everytime i leave a message off regular hours, i ALWAYS get a call back the next morning - such a caring team of staff :)

Great service!! Very caring and considerate staff and doctor. I have brought every single one of my dogs (I have 3) here since they have opened and have never been more pleased with every visit. You can tell that the doctor really cares for each of her patients and is compassionate with what she does. I've recommended a lot of people to this clinic and they seem to be just as happy as I am with the service.

This vet desperately needs anger management! She screams at new employees for asking work related questions and treated me like dirt. Definitely felt like discrimination. Very rude and inhumane.
