This place is horrible the receptionist is beyond rude just like the reviews say and it's funny that the same receptionist Julie is the one writing the review saying it's a good hospital! Everything is done in the back (so sketchy) one of the horrific incidents my dog got a nail trim and I noticed she was walking funny as if her paws hurt when I looked my dogs nails were cut all the way to the nerve I seen her quick on almsot all her nails which leads me to believe they cut it with no care and just placed septic powder to stop the bleeding no compassion that was what pushed me over the limit if a simple nail trim was done with no compassion what else do they do! Horrible never again dont bring your pets here! Not to mention completely over priced! They're all about the money.

I had a good experience, there is dogs and cats everywhere, they are happy to greet you at the door, the staff was knowledgeable, the clinic very clean and does not smell, which is remarkable considering the quantity of animals they have. Price was average but it was worth it. Dr. was nice and waiting time was not too bad. Very happy I foind this place.

the woman in charge of the front desk is really rude and mean. she believes she knows it all and makes you feel horrible if u didnt know something. she doesn't like people much at all from the way she acts. they only have one room so ur waiting there forever to see the doctor. there is never any parking available. i do not like that place and i wouldn't recommend it to NO ONE! im glad i took my animals to another place .. they are better off. !!

Do NOT take your pets to this clinic. I have had dogs for as long as I can remember and have never been to a more horrendous clinic than this. Completely unprofessional staff who have no business even being in the veterinary field. They take your dog (alone) to the back for simple blood tests. Refuse to let you accompany your dog-no idea why nor have I experienced this at any other clinic. Staff constantly push products/medication on you--sales seem to be their goal rather than the health/care of animals. Julie Bellino (office manager/vet tech) is absolutely by far, the worst person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She screams at clients, threatens to withhold test results and is all round extremely arrogant, rude & brutish. The sad part is....the clinic owner takes pride in this behaviour. Her profile on the clinic website speaks for itself. How any vet could knowingly allow that to be published is beyond me. A quick google search will show more customer complaints/concerns. I only wish I had read them prior to taking my pet there. Never ever again. Save your pets life and take it to a more caring genuine vet clinic with educated compassionate staff.

I volunteer with a dog rescue and we take all our dogs here. They are caring and very good with animals. They are always ready to help. If they say they need to report you then you are most defiantly doing something to harm you pet!
