I took my cats here for years and was very happy with the service. Recently I rescued a geriatric bichon and took her to Renforth Vet clinic as that is where she had always gone. Very bad experience with them., My feeling is that when they think you have spent all the money you are going to he won't even call you back. Took my sick dog to Kingsway to have her put down yesterday. Such a difference in quality of service here. A little more expensive but worth it

Every interaction I've had with the staff at Kingsway has been absolutely wonderful. They're usually able to fit you in for emergencies, and they'll give you advice over the phone even if it means not coming in for an appointment. They're also realistic about treatments and give you advice that fits your budget as well as tending the needs of your pet.

Top notch vet care is particularly important to me, as my family always includes several rescued dogs and cats. These pets haven't always had much of a break, in their past, so it's essential that they get, and keep, in top condition. I've dealt with Kingsway Animal Hospital for all my vet care needs for several years now, and I've always been able to rely on them to keep my menagerie healthy. (It's up to me to keep them happy.) The sympathetic care and supportive, cheerful response I'm accustomed to from the people at Kingsway make the chore of caring for my pets' health a pleasure. Thanks for all your help--I appreciate it!
