We have been dealing with Kingsdale since 2006. When we got our Toy Poodle, Shadow, in 2006, his breeder recommended them to us. For 8 3/4 years, they took marvelous care of our little Shadow and even thought he got a life threatening illness, they were very compassionate and very understanding and we worked hard to help him Sadly, Shadow took a turn for the worst this past November and he had to be put down. I want to Thank Ashley and her marvelous and caring staff for everything you did for Shadow and us. We do not know what we would have done if it was not for you. Thank you so much once again from our hearts

Dr. Boultbee has been our veterinarian for the past 14 years. Our pets have thrived under her and her staff's care. From annual shots and visits, to emergancy care when our adopted cat needed her jaw wired and her tongue stiched back together (a very delicate job), Dr. Boultbee has always done excellent work and we know she cares for our pets as she would her own. A big thank you to her, and I highly recommend her clinic and services.

An absolutely amazing clinic! My rabbit was recently sick and they went above and beyond providing him with care. Even when I had to leave him there while I was on vacation I knew I could be comforted by the fact he was in such caring and capable hands. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process. The care they give to their patients is second to none. I wouldn’t trust my bunny with anyone else!

my experience was horrible. I thought ALL veterinarians were there to help all animals or is it just the ones can pay at the time. My dog got into some poop really bad and I have deteriorating discs in my back, usually my husband does the washing but he wouldnt be home for hours so I went to the clinic. Out of respect I didnt even bring in the dog because he would have stunk up the place. I had my own shampoo and just wanted to borrow their sink and water sprayer, I didnt ask for anyone to help me. I explained to reception who I was and my dog. I thought everyone knew my dog there at least they pretend to when they see him. Not only was the receptionist rude, no one came to see us and her words were" we dont have anything like that" so I guess if you take your dog there he or she wont get a bath. I was not only hurt but disappointed because now I have to sit out in the heat until daddy gets home. Im sure glad my vet and staff are far more humane I wouldnt trade them for the world King Road animal hospital, Dr. Isan. If I could have made it there I would have
