They were so friendly and gentle with my cat . He was calm and relaxed during his visit. They also called a week later to see how he was doing and if he was feeling better. Im super impressed with how caring these people are. also how reasonably priced they were as well. I would suggest this animal hospital to anyone who cares about their furry babies.

I have been to quite a few vets in the past and this one by far has been the best experience overall, and here are my reasons: #1. They have flexible hours for those working 9-5. #2. Our eight-year old cat had a lot of sneezing fits and was only getting worse, i looked Chicopee up on Google and they seemed good - so i called Thursday at 6PM and they got him in for 9AM the next morning - that was most helpful! :) #3. The initial visit is usually very expensive at many other vets as it may include some unnecessary services, workups, and really high markup. Chicopee was very reasonable on the cost of the visit and his antibiotics - we were so appreciative of that as we were afraid of a giant vet bill that we couldn't afford! #4. THE BEST THING i have ever seen - the vet herself called back within a few days to see how the little guy was doing! That's AWESOME service in my books and have never received such at any other vet i've gone to (or urgent care) in Kitchener or Hamilton (where i used to live). We are taking all the rest of our pets back there in January! Your staff deserves five stars!!
