I work at Highland Road Pet Hospital and have worked there since it was opened. I am proud to say that I highly recommend this clinic to my friends and family not just because I work there. In saying that, since I do work there; I can confidently say I am the best and most accurate source for any reviews. I am proud of our clinic and our staff. We work hard to provide excellent customer service and try our best to be accommodating to the needs of the patient. We are a small clinic but I would not have it any other way as this allows us to develop lasting relationships with customers and clients. I see first hand that we do not use any products or medicine that would be considered below any clinic standards and that we take all precautions to do absolutely everything in the safest way possible. I trust this clinic and doctor with my own pets and these are my own, truthful words that nobody has asked me to write. I believe in honesty and wanted to show my support for this clinic.

Amazing staff, great prices, have both our pups as patients at this pet hospital. Our pups love coming here, cause they get lots of love and affection from the staff, and they know at some point they get a special treat. The prices are very affordable, and they try to make it so if it can be cheaper on your part they attempt to do so. They even have some special packages that help save you money! I have been to a few places now, and was so hard to afford the vet bills and the amount of single appointments I had to book. Here at highland, they try to combined the appointments where ever they can as it will save you time and money! I would highly recommend them to anyone, as I have been with them since they opened and don't plan on going anywhere else!

The staff is friendly, they love their jobs. The vet himself speaks good English but is sometimes hard to understand, the assistants will explain to you if you have trouble. The environment itself is very casual and the clinic itself is small. The rates are very reasonable and staff will work with you if money is an issue. I want to rate higher because I like these people, but wait times can sometimes be a little much, then sometimes they are prompt. But they are very accommodating. Also since the clinic itself is small you can feel a little cramped. I hope to raise my review in the future.
