Awesome experience, got my dogs ear cropped from him and they look amazing! Everything worked out the way he stated also gave a few pointers on how to keep the ears erect, all in all laid back and professional vet, Thank you Dr Staples (Jinzo)

Calm and relaxing experience for our pets. They feel comfortable

Dr. Staples is courteous and competent and does not overcharge for routine procedures. I don't give a crap if some people don't think his staff is friendly, and I certainly don't care about the parking. They've always been perfectly nice to me and good with my dogs, so maybe it's more of a customer problem than a staff problem. Frankly, it seems like the places that kiss my butt usually grab my wallet while they're down there; I'd much rather deal with curt staff than thieves. I have show dogs and know several other dog fanciers who have used Dr. Staples extensively and I have never heard or had any complaints. Dr. Staples get's alot of flack from other vets and the OVMA because he doesn't charge according to OVMA's price guidelines, so take anything you hear/read with a grain of salt, it all comes down to politics.

I will NEVER go to Staples Animal Hospital again. I had my dog neutered at this vet and was treated terribly by the staff there. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never recommend this vet to people I know. While the prices are good the service is terrible. As a matter of fact I was treated badly by the staff on more than one occasion. Not sure what the problem is in that office but they have lost my business. I have left a message with Dr. Staples to discuss his staff and their rudeness to customers but have yet to receive a return call. I guess they have my money so he doesn't care about customer satisfaction. All I can say is that if they treat their paying customers so badly I can only imagine what they do to the animals after you leave them in Staples Animal Hospital's care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VETERINARY CLINIC - LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Staple, he has always treated myself and my dogs with respect, he takes the time to explain everything and when needed has been compasionate. His staff are very competent and are always able to answer my questions on the phone or in person. Prices are very reasonable. Dianna Morris
