Great clinic. I don't live in London anymore but my puppy had a swollen face, so I called them and they took him in immediately without hesitation and without "ooooh well you know he needs a consultation which costs this much, and THEN we can do this and that...", which other clinics did. Very helpful folks, great staff. Definitely on the pricier side but you get what you pay for - great service, knowledgeable vets and no beating around the bush bs.
