I brought my dog here for grooming. He is very nervous when meeting new people and going new places. He was immediatly calmed by the wonderful atmosphere and looked amazing after his hair cut. I don't know how the groomer was able to do such an amazing job with my nervous and difficult little guy, but I am more than impressed and will be heading back when time comes.

Anyone that is reading this review and loves their pet will agree they are a HUGE part of any family. We first visited this clinic shortly after it opened with Jersey, we had moved an needed a new vet. We were immediately impressed with the atmosphere they had created, much like a park setting. The staff were great, very friendly and we loved their safari outfits. Over the last few years I have been thoroughly impressed with the community involvement and initiatives that they have become involved with. Luckily Jersey has been very healthy and we haven't need a lot of special attention. At Jersey's annual examination, her vet noticed that her gums were very swollen and he strongly recommended we bring Jersey in for a teeth cleaning. Jersey had lost a few teeth over the last couple years so we thought we should move forward with this procedure. We were a little nervous that our almost 10 year old healthy boxer needed to be put under for this procedure. Today when we went in for her appointment we were greeted with a friendly smile, a great explanation of Jersey's day and a breakdown of costs. Later in the day they called to give us an update and let us know she was doing great! Then we picked her up and once again a perfect score for their bedside manner. Our family would absolutely recommend Westmount Neighbourhood Pet Clinic and all of their staff. Although owning a pet can be expensive, they made spending ever cent to care for Jersey worth it!
