They know how to handle birds very well. Very compassionate and knowledgeable staff, all around.
I used their services for my bird twice. The doctor just wants to make money by using scare tactics and has no clue about birds. My $600 spent wasted. Also, the doctor prescribed a lot of medications for a simple eye infection. Bird did not recover, instead died of a massive heart attack. We were devastated.
