I needed immediate care for my kitten on the long weekend, and after calling around and being told I should take her to her regular vet (who was on vacation over the long weekend) I found Clarkson Village. Jenna who I first spoke with was very pleasant, and would indeed book me in for an appointment to see a vet. When I stressed I thought it was an emergency she told me to come immediately and they would make room for me. Dr. Noorlander was very pleasant, and spent approximately half an hour going over what could be the wrong, before he very calmly, patiently and gently dealt with the ferociously little beast my cat turns into when she's in a veterinary clinic. They did not push extra drugs, they gave her a fair assessment and course of action, and I received the results of her tests the next day by email! (What?!) I really appreciated that I was told what the examination costs would be upfront (also on their website); the transparency was greatly appreciated. I do not feel like I was gauged for the services received. If you need emergency care, I would definitely suggest calling!

I just left this vet and was very happy with the Dr. and the staff. This will now be my dogs place to visit when needed. Tiesto says thanks!!
