As a first time pet owner, I don't know much about puppy care and was looking for a vet who could help me answer all my questions. The vets at derry village failed horribly at that. They always rushed me out of the appointment room, resigned to prescribing EXTREMELY expensive antibiotics to my puppy for no reason that made him even more ill, and overcharged for simple services. Every time I would ask a question I'd be shrugged off and told to "go online" or to make another appointment later for that particular question; ridiculous. I never felt particularly comfortable with the vet because he barely ever smiled or looked me in the eye. He never showed compassion to my puppy and after getting all my pup's vaccinations done I decided to up and go somewhere else that would give me the respect my puppy and I deserved. The only like able thing about the entire place was that the receptionist was extremely sweet and was genuinely concerned about my puppy at all times. Don't take your pets here.

This clinic has come a long way- I have been bringing my dog here for 3 years now and was very close to switching vets until the new vet took over. In one word, he is absolutely great! He spends as much time as he can to ensure you and your pet are getting exactly what you need- even if its as simple as a nail trim. The prices are incredibly affordable, and his motto of treating pets like family goes a long way!
