Although my boyfriend's mom said Dr.Ted is very nice. This review is based on the one vet who helped us (not Dr.Ted, it was an older women). We went to the vet because my boyfriend's cat had poop stuck to his bum and needed it shaved off. We go in to see the vet and put the cage with my boyfriend's cat on the table. She opened the cage and tried to get his cat out by pulling on the cat's leg which obviously you shouldn't do. She was petting him in a rough manner and pulling his ears and he was hissing at her which my boyfriend's cat only has hissed twice in his life before that; she continues to say that he was in a really bad mood and must be really mad about being at the vet which he has never had a problem with any other vet or assistant. When she went to carry him, she picked him up by the scruff of his neck which should only be done when a cat is a newborn. She gave me a really bad feeling, I almost cried seeing how crappy she was treating my boyfriend's cat. Needless to say, go see Dr.Ted otherwise don't go.
