charged me more than they said they would because my cat apparently had "mats" on her head, which she didn't they couldn't explain why i was charged over $100 when i should have been charged $65.00 there was no extra work to be done, a standard grooming and that was it. the groomer was ready to argue as soon as she came to explain the charges and i knew there was nothing i could do about it. i guess since it was friday she needed beer money. i will never bring my animal back there ever again. nor will i EVER recommend anyone bring their animal their. they do not treat them well and only give two ##$@ about money.
