I recommend it to all my friends as it is a very nice place. What I like the most is that they are available 7 days a week. My previous vet was not available on weekends. No one knows when you wake up and find your pet sick. Prices are affordable and the technicians are nice and kind with my kitty. The vet is knowledgeable and recommends what she sees needed and I make the final decisions for my cat. I also like that they have boarding for when I travel and they also they have grooming. Very nice place and I am happy with them.

Excellent hospital. I took my new puppy as recommended by the breeder. I met with the technician who was friendly, I did not wait for my appointment, the doctor explained to me everything (vaccines, what to expect as he is growing in term of chewing and feeding etc), maintaining good health for him. I got all info including a gift. They treated my puppy very gently and were knowedgable and understanding. I like this hospital for the service, the price and the availability 7 days a week.

The excessive positive comments for this business are generated from the owner, and it's very obvious with the amount of "Anonymous/Google User" accounts. It's also very obvious as all the grammar and structure of these comments are exact. This vet is fairly good, but no where near the best, or above and beyond. Your animal will be safe, but expect high wait times and prices.

Look no further! We dealt with many vets before in searching for the best vet for our Bichon. In River Grove, they will go above and beyond and do a very thorough exam and tests to find out what the dog is suffering from unlike many vets who always give pain killer and antibiotics. They did all needed tests and figured out the problem for a very reasonable price. They gave me many choices and gave me time to think ad consult my family to choose the best option for our dog. They treated my dog like he is theirs. The vet assistants were very friendly and kind. The vet was knowledgeable and explained everything in details. I enjoy seeing him to learn more about how to take care of my puppy better. I have been with them since they opened in central Mississauga few years ago. I am grateful to this clinic and I would recommend it for any pet owners who care about their pets. The search is over, the best vet is finally here!

Not a good experience with Rivergrove Animal Hospital‎. I chose this hospital over other reputable hospitals for the sake of convenience. Although a little skeptical of trying a new hospital, I put my faith in licensed professionals. The diagnosis and treatment was given to my dog, however, I was disappointed because the doctor spent more time talking about money than he did about my dog. I expected the doctor and I to have a thorough discussion about my dog's condition, but instead I got very short, uninformative, and sometimes trivial answers to my questions. A few days later, we also got into an argument regarding the antibiotics. When the doctor gave me the antibiotics the first time, he knew it was leaking. He gave a second container which I found was leaking when I came back home. A few days later, I returned to have my antibiotics refilled because the majority of it leaked in the bag and in the car on the way back from the hospital, and the doctor and I got into an argument over who should be responsible for the refilling charges. I argued that it was his container that was leaking from the beginning. I left the hospital telling myself that I would not return to this hospital since it is one that puts money matters over the health of my pet.
