They know my pets and their medical history immediately. I never feel pressured to agree to a course of treatment. Where there are options, they always give them to me. They are very careful to fully inform me of how much a treatment would cost. In the case of one of my dogs, both of his knees had to be replaced. I was very aware of the price of this type of surgery. Fisher Glen quoted a very reasonable price. They always call the next day after a treatment to see how the animal is doing. I feel my pets are being looked after on a very personal level. And somehow, they successfully clip my dog's nails, a death defying feat accomplished by only the best. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone with a pet.
