Very friendly staff. They were right on time with the appointment and didn't make us wait. The veterinarian was very informative and gave lots of good advice for a first time pet owner. Their tech was also very helpful in explaining a number of additional items. Overall you can tell they love what they do and it shows in the service they provide! Would recommend this practice to anyone.
