Dr. Catena is a wonderful caring veterinarian and always provides excellent diagnoses and ensures the best care and well being for my dog Juno. I trust him with the health and well being of Juno. When my cat was extremely ill and had to be put to sleep Dr. Catena was compassionate and helped me to deal with what was a very tough situation. I was extremely grateful for that. And the staff at Royal Ford Vetinary Clinic are both professional and friendly. Michael & Juno.

An amazing veterinary clinic! Dr. Polson and his staff are honest, genuine and compassionate. We have had a few emergencies with our dogs and were seen immediately and received top quality, unmatched care. The clinic is well managed and immaculately clean. I would recommend Royal Ford Veterinary Hospital in a heartbeat.

The vet techs are fantastic, Dr. Catena is nice, sometimes he comes across as too nice to a fault? As though it's an act, but I could be wrong. Met the other vet on site for a brief moment, but he went out of the way to give a treat to my GF's dog, very genuine. As for the front desk staff, I'm indifferent to the elderly lady there, she's there, does her job. The blonde girl, whose name escapes me, very pleasant and very genuine. There is one girl in particular with glasses, very sharp with her tone and not pleasant at all. I try to avoid her like the plague. She needs to be working in the back filing papers and not dealing with clients, that's a job for people with social skills and graces. Something I believe she clearly lacks in my opinion. Maybe the staff can point it out to her? She just doesn't look very happy. Otherwise, it's a decent practice, not the worst, that's for certain.

Dr. Chris Catena looked after our family dog for many years. He always took the time to say "hello" to the 4-legged patient and spent time explaining things to us. When it was time to put our friend down at 15 1/2 years, he and his staff showed incredible care and sympathy and helped us through a difficult time.

Easily the best veterinarian we've ever been to with all our pets. Incredibly friendly staff. Dr. Chris Catena and Dr. David Polson are great! Based on the below comment, I think it is necessary to turn away clients once a business reaches a certain point to ensure that current clients are receiving prime care, low wait times, and to keep appointment spots open. Go in and see if they're taking new clients because they really are fantastic! Hope this helpes :)
