Dr Conlon-Kelly care deeply for all her patients! She will take them time to explain to you all the options and let you take a clear decision! I would recommend this Vet to everybody! They also have Registered Vet-Techs working with them instead of just assistants. Price is good but it's Great Bang for the Buck.

Dr. Auger is undoubtedly the kindest, most knowledgeable and caring exotic animal vet anywhere. He has been my beardie’s vet for 5 years and we have always been treated wonderfully by him and his staff. A couple years ago I moved over a thousand miles away, but every year we make a drive back to Ottawa to have our precious beardie seen by Dr. Auger for her annual health exam. In fact, when my beardie needed a surgery we immediately made the thousand miles drive to have the operation performed by Dr. Auger. His prices are fair and well worth the money. I highly recommend him; you will not find another vet that is as smart AND compassionate ANYWHERE.

Crown Pointe hospital is the best vet office you'll find in town. Their doctors are very knowledgable and very caring, they take the time help you understand what your pet is going through and give you buckets of personal advice you wish you knew when you first got your pet. It might be costly, but you get what you pay for, and that's top notch animal care.

I truly appreciate a vet that takes the time to explain things to you in general terms. Dr. Colin-Kelly is very caring a professional and always makes you feel like your pet is number one. My only complaint would be the cost, however the service is worth every cent!
