This vet is for the rich and foolish, plain and simple. They will perform more tests than necessary and I strongly feel that they took advantage of my love for my pet when providing me with their recommended course of action. They do not present options for treatment, only one expensive option with all the questionable bells and whistles. They know you are in a vulnerable position and not very likely to push back or question. What makes my most recent visit even more questionable is that all their test returned nothing abnormal and furthermore, I was able to get a diagnosis for the same issue years ago at my vet in a different city for under $200. The Beechwood animal hospital needed me to spend over $700 for this, despite all the symptoms being the same and my explanation of his medical history. I cannot in good conscious continue to bring my pet to this vet. The technicians and vets are very kind and gentle, so if you're really, really rich, maybe this clcnic is for you.

I am so happy to have found this vet. There are not many bunny vets in the area and Dr.Poulin is by far the best! She listened to my concern and treated our bunny with the best course of action for him and the least invasive. When we were brought in to see him after his treatment (teeth nedded to be clipped...he has a serious malocclusion) he was lounging while having his nails trimmed! He came home happy and not stressed. Thank you Dr.Poulin! !

My first vet! Me and my dog love going here. Making an appointment is easy, and they are very nice ! The only thing I would like to see would be for the nail clippings to be cheaper. I know that it isn't necessarily something that I vet would offer so it makes sense that they're on the higher end- but I feel most comfortable getting it done at the vet, and my dog breed needs them done every few weeks. Otherwise we love it

This vet clinic has always been honest with me about my cats, they give me a cost estimate before doing any additional tests or whatever. We had to put my rat down and they were very considerate. Their prices are a bit cheaper than anywhere I have seen around ottawa, which is such a blessing. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Honestly I feel so lucky to have found them! Thanks BAH!
