I have been a taking my animals to Carling Animal Hospital since 1997/98. They have a wonderful group of doctors who have always taken the time to explain their recommendations, and have always left the choice to me on what I proceed with or do not. Their admin staff is also wonderful, and always go out of their way to make sure I am 100% satisfied, and understand what I need to do. I would (and do regularly) strongly recommend them!

This place is truly amazing! All of their vets are great, in particular Dr. Clement. Have been a client since 1999, and they have provided remarkable care for all of our pets over the years. They offer the best care and never did I feel any "guilt trip" if I chose not too proceed. They advice they offer is the best in class. Our dog had cushing's disease and the standard treatment was invasive, but Dr. Clement recommended an alternative and it actually not only managed the disease but eventually cured him. This was very advanced as other vets were unfamiliar with the medication. This veterinary hospital is recognized as one of the best in Canada. We should be providing the same level of care to our pets that we expect for ourselves, which means getting our shots and going for regular exams.

Vets for ferrets are very hard to find except at Carling Animal Hospital! I am not sure how many works there but one of them is Dr. Auger and he is just the best. It's over an hour trip to get there from my place (90km) and I don't mind at all 'cause I am so confident in this vet. He goes out of his way to try to help your little furry. We always have a very friendly conversation when there is a decision to be made about one of my ferrets. He has never impose me with anything on the contrary he has always explain very clearly the possibilities of all tests and together we decide what is best for my pet. I had the chance to meet Dr. Janet Biggar and she was great too. A lot of reviews mentions about how expensive it is well you get what you pay for and that is just the best. I was a client of Carling Animal Hospital for over 22 years with my beloved cat BabyGirl and never once had any cause for concern. The entire staff were always kind, caring and sensitive. When it came time to say good-bye to BabyGirl they went above and beyond to accommodate me as I was on my own (husband was overseas). Two years later when it was time to introduce Ziggy, our new Morkie into the family, I did not hesitate become a client of Carling Animal Hospital again even though they are now a little farther to get to from where we live. I trust them 100% with my fur baby and I recommend them to anyone. As for the pricing, well quite frankly, you get what you pay. I do not find their prices to be out of line with what others have charged based on conversations with other pet lovers. Carling Animal Hospital do not only take care of your pets, they take care of you too when required and for this I will be eternally grateful.

I can not say enough good things about this place. The staff are honestly, angels. They go above and beyond their call of duty everyday. They are accommodating, gentle, kind, respective and understanding. The vets are amazing people with a true love for animals, and will go above and beyond to make everything as comfortable as possible for your pet. The administration staff are professional and knowledgeable. I would not take my dogs or cat to any other place. The animal and veterinary industry needs more people like you guys in it!
