I've spent my fair share of time and money at Centrepointe Animal Hospital and have nothing but excellent things to say. I have a very accident prone dog and because of that I've gotten to know Dr. Theoret, Leslie, and Rebecca very well. They have been very clear, transparent, and honest with me about my pet's health. They make it easy to understand the problem and the different solutions to whatever it may be, then work with me to find the solution that's easiest on me, my dog, and my wallet. It's very obvious that they care about their clients and their pets. I can't recommend them enough!

So far, I am incredibly impressed with the two visits Esquire has had with Dr. Theoret. Her and her staff have been more than helpful when it comes to my concerns and questions I have, being the new kitten owner that I am. I sometimes send an email when I have that nervousness/gut feeling that something may be wrong, and I'm usually sent a reply back within the same day or the next morning with the answer that usually solves all my worries. The location is great, being in a quiet area, and not too far from me. The pricing is reasonable on everything from, shots/kitten care, to kitten treats. Dr. Theoret has a great calm voice which makes the experience great not only for me but also for Esquire. He's a brave kitty! Also she gives him salad biscuits. I highly recommend anyone who is a new pet owner, to immediately swing by the Centrepointe Animal Hospital.

This is a fabulous vet. I went in for some emergency care for my cat because I couldn't get to my usual vet. They where very accommodating and provided the utmost care. Have helped me to manage a very stressful and difficult situation. Always take time to explain what needs to be done and why.

I brought my Wirehaired Pointing Griffon in to see the vet as he was having some bowel movement issues (blood in the feces). I was very worried about my dog because he has always been very healthy without any problems. Dr Theoret was excellent in explaining what course of action should be taken, ie, what would be the first steps and what to do next if it did not resolve the problem. She had a hunch it was hookworm, and suggested a course of action and provided instructions for his care until the tests came in. (She also explained what each test was and why it was being done)! It was hookworm in the end and she took the time to follow up with us personally and explain the next steps and how to administer the medications. She also took the time to explain the differences in the preventive medications for heartworm, hookworm, etc ... that his previous vet clinic did not do (and could potentially have avoided this visit to the Vet if they had)! The Doctor followed up after the treatment as well to ensure that everything went well and that he is back to health. Top notch! I live downtown but am convinced its worth the drive to get the best service!

Just a quick note thanking all the staff at Centrepointe. You were so patient, gentle and kind with my cat who, I assure you, behaves nothing like she did at the clinic when she is at home! You are all so friendly, calm and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the time taken to explain why certain tests are suggested. No matter how many questions I asked, the Doctor actually took the time to answer in a way that I could understand. The feeling of warmth and welcome is amazing, even when just going in to pick-up some food. A.M.W.
