Had never been to this particular pet hospital before and I could not be more impressed with the service we received. The wait time was long although not terrible. What really stood out was the amazing quality of care the doctor who treated our dog exemplified. Dr. Isnor was patient and answered all of our questions. She was caring, knowledgeable, and competent. I would highly recommend this hospital based on this one encounter.

I've been at the Ottawa Veterinary Hospital 4 times now and they are very caring & welcoming crew! The staff is friendly and the environment is clean. Dr. Szyngiel is patient and always takes time to answer all of my questions and explains what needs to be done and why. She is very knowledgeable and treatments don't always include prescriptions. Thank you! We will be back :)

The Ottawa Veterinary Hospital has provided care to my animals since the 1990's. First a Samoyed and then two Ragdoll cats and an American Shorthair rescue cat. The staff are knowledgeable, caring and thoroughly professional. I take my cat in for checkups and nail trims and the technicians are very welcoming. I have recommended this centre to other pet owners. As a pet owner I am assured that the best care is offered to my pets and by people who are skilled and kind to animals and their owners. I think that they are kind, compassionate and always accommodating.

they treat my little Munchkin with great care...would rec amend them to anyone who needs to have their little fur baby see a doctor. The ladies at the front desk are always so friendly and make you feel at home! Well done lady's and gents at Boyd!

My husband and I have always been very happy with the care our pets have received. Our standard poodle Gilly spent 4 days at the hospital when he got very sick. The care he got was tremendous. I was allowed to come and sit with him in the evening. Because he is very easy going, he was kept out on the main floor in an open area with another dog where he could be with the staff. Last year Gilly's allergies irrupted with a vengance late at night and the staff were able to have his prescription ready and waiting at 11:30pm at no extra charge. A few years ago our very sick cat had to spend nights at the hospital because the cat vet didn't have 24 hour service so we shipped Mel back and forth each day. The advice we received from you hospital helped us to make the right decisions for him. Then last year our 1 year old siamese had a heart attack and my husband rushed to our cat vet who wasn't open beacuse of a big snow storm. He dashed over to you, which is just a couple of minutes from the cat hospital. You worked hard to save him but unfortunately we were too late. You only charged us for taking care of his little body.
