I got the best service I have ever received from the minute I called them and to the last minute when my cat got better. Even they called me to make sure that my Goldie was ok Thank you for your care and excellent service.

From the receptionist to the lab technicians to the docs themselves, the care is outstanding. The hospital is clean, and doesn't have that "vet clinic" smell! My only beef would be the doors, an automatic door when coming in with a cat carrier would be a great improvement!

Best Vet Hospital ever. Not only the Doctors and staff are very professional and friendly, but they do really care about your beloved companions. They are also very understanding and really bend over backwards to help you. Can't recommend it enough. I've been taking my cat there since he was a kitten (he's 12 now). And my second cat too (she's two).

It's a consistently amazing experience to take our dog and two cats to a clinic where the staff care as much about our pets as we do! Everyone at Pretoria is professional, proficient, efficient -- but the clinic offers so much more. Their concern when someone isn't well, their delight in learning our pets' personalities and (oh, yeah) peculiarities, their genuine joy when things go well...you initially choose a vet clinic because you think they're competent, but deep trust grows when you see just how much your pets matter to them. That's why we're at Pretoria.

My partner and I love Pretoria Pet Hospital and we are not afraid to recommend our friends there. In the past, we had to have our cats euthanized for medical reasons and we went there and they treated us with respect and compassion in this difficult time. We know have 3 new fur babies and we wouldn't think of bringing them anywhere else. I highly recommend it!
