Love how much time they take with me and my pet. I always have a million questions and the doctor has been so patient. My mom brought her cat there and the cat didn't even try to scratch him. Unprecedented!

Very professional staff, shows true compassion and care towards clients and their pets. I have been to this vet quite a few times now, and he throughly adresses any concerns I may have, as well as phones to see how my pet is doing. I have had a surgical procedure done at this vet recently, he provided me with a full estimate written on paper of how much the entire procedure would cost me, he stuck to this set price we agreed on. The day of the procedure I was phoned once the procedure was completed and informed on how the surgery went. Also the pricing is one of the best you will find in the Ottawa area! Highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone.

Brought Winston for his vaccine shot, and absolutely loved the place. Doctor was very professional, informative and kind to us and Winston. He didn't have any problem with getting the vaccine. Availability is always open directly to doctor, and staff follows up with your pet after. Before and after service are excellent. Winston will visit this hospital for many time throughout his life. Highly recommended.

Once you become a client, you will realize how very lucky you are to have Dr. Raman and his staff in your pet's life. The love and care my cat and I received here was overwhelming. I can't thank them enough and I am eternally grateful. Excellent and timely service; calm, patient, and attentive; highly knowledgeable; thoughtful, kind, and indescribably compassionate. It's one thing to reqiure the services of a vet for your pet, but this doctor is far and above the call of duty with his care and support. So happy to have them in our neighbourhood and I obviously highly recommend them.

The doctor refuses to provide estimates in writing and seems to take it very personally when you want to seek a second opinion elsewhere, both at the time of examination, and again should you ever return to the clinic. Kind of ironic, given that he cancelled my pet's surgery on short notice stating that, after consideration, he did not feel "comfortable" or "experienced" enough to actually do it.
