Thank you all at MCVH for keeping my 20 year old Syrup happy and healthy. A couple months ago I thought I would have to say goodbye due to her chronic kidney disease however the amazing vets there accurately diagnosed her and the staff nursed her back to health. Now she is her old self chasing my 1 year old cat around. As a fellow veterinarian, albeit one with workplace restrictions on providing veterinary services for personal animals, I have entrusted the care of my special needs pets to MCVH and they have never failed to exceed expectations.

I have truly appreciated the help over the years! I'm sure Skeeter, Saber & Ava have as well! Thank you!

I am not happy with Millenium. Everytime I brought my Ferret to them, they would give her medicine that didn't work or tell us to go to the university of Guelph, because they couldn't do anything. WTH? They said we don't feel comfotable with doing the surgury.. Then why are you in buisness? My ferret was VERY sick, and they did nothing to help her. I RECOMMEND the university of Guelph. They are AMAZING! they help your animal, they take GREAT care of them, they are always updating you on how they are doing. I still have to go to Millenium because my babygirl has to get a shot every month and thats the only vet around me that accepts Ferrets. Overall though, not happy with them.

I called Millennim City one morning after my dog had been vomiting all night, I wanted her to be seen by my regular vet but they were fully booked. Millennium was booked up for the day as well. Luckily for my dog, when they are fully booked I was still able have her seen by dropping her off for the exam. What a relief. They understood my concerns for my dogs health and fit me in to their busy schedule even though I have never been there before. I was impressed with the level of care and concern when I arrived and the staff were very plesant in helping me and my dog. Because of our expereince we are going to make Millennium our regular clinic.

This comment has been edited due to threats from the company that they would seek legal action, as they do not want me stating how I really feel about their services. I only edited my review slightly as I feel my first review wasn't stating anything as false as they seem to think it was. My dog was ill, I took her to the clinic, I was in a vulnerable state, I had visited this clinic once previously, and wasn't overally thrilled with the pressure I felt from one of the vet's at that time, I felt they were trying to upsell their services, and when I declined made me feel awful for not wanting to do so at that time. I was in a desperate state at this time to get my dog seen right away, that night, which is why I went with this clinic, other clinics were booked solid, and this clinic happen to have an opening ( I wonder why ) I feel this company wasn't fair with me, I feel they gave the wrong medication for my dog on the first visit, and when she didn't improve, and when I returned, they continued to advise me to do tests that really didn't show us anything more then we already had known. I keep her overnight for several nights in which she was left unsupervised until morning, she managed to remove her IV and therefore the service in which I was paying for which was an IV treatment wasn't helping her at all on the night shift, since I wasn't aware of when she was removing it. My total price was $1600+ for care for the dog, which ended up clearing up after they switched the initial medication with a different type, I administered this to her for the days required after taking her home the second time. I think anyone thinking about going to any vet should make sure to investigate thoroughly before doing so, to avoid feeling how I felt after taking my dog in. I am feeling sad, and taking advantage of. I feel this review is true, and factual based on the events that happen to me
