I live in Toronto but happily make the trip to Pickering. The staff are warm and knowledgeable and the vets take the time to get to know your animal and talk you through all the decisions. It's clear that everyone here loves animals.
Just called into the hospital to get some answers to questions regarding my little kitten and some lady named Karen answered the phone and was actually rude to me. Clearly you are not the right animal hospital for me. If you cannot treat humans with respect I can only imagine how you treat the animals.
