I felt my experience at Sheridan was great. I had a couple of emergencies with my dog and when my regular vet was unable to see us, Sheridan made room to take my dog right away. I have absolutely no complaints from them. I think the staff is wonderful and the vet is great. I would recommend this vet.

I used to bring my two cats to this clinic. Very friendly staff and the doctor is quite knowledgeable. However, there were a few instances in the past when they couldn't accommodate my sick pet as they were fully-booked. Great people, nonetheless. Location kinda sucks, though, being so close to a busy intersection.

I would absolutely recommend AGAINST this clinic. Every visit they immediately commence a physical AND CHARGE YOU, regardless of the fact that they had very recently done a physical exam. They clain the exam is covered in the cost of the vaccination then charged more than tripple what the same vaccination cost at the previous clinic we went to. When I challanged the Vet in regard to this practice he immediaty stopped the physical but still charged for it.

I find all th employees helpful & friendly!! They are informative, and take their time with their patients- I have never felt like I'm being rushed through, when we had to put down our senior kitty, they were sympathic and caring.
