The Bayviewwoods Animal Hospital has been absolutely wonderful to my cat! When you walk in the Hospital, it doesn't even smell of animals. The place is completely clean and spotless. The staff that work behind the desk are very helpful and kind. Dr. Allen is amazing. Very thoroughly he explains everything. He is very patient, talks to the animal and has the kindest touch. As Chloe has a very overactive thyroid, I have to get her blood tested frequently. Every time Dr. Allen would take her and bring her back peaceful and calm. The previous vet I took Chloe to was way too rough with her. Seriously, take your cat here, it's worth every loonie.

I was given proper instructions over the phone and during my visit before the surgery, Dr. Allen patiently explained procedure and answered all of my questions again. After searching for a decent clinic for a while I took my poppy to this clinic to get his 3rd shot. This is a very clean clinic and the vet was very kind, knowledgeable and caring. He did a complete check up and explained everything to me. My poppy got his shot, de-worming and nose drops for a very reasonable price which was no where near what I was quoted at some of those fancy money hungry clinics. I am 100% satisfied and very glad to have found a clinic I can trust and be comfortable with.
