The Absolute BEST CLINIC there is! Dr. Kadri saved my Dogs Life after an incompetent vet was responsible for causing so much trouble and pain, from diabetes, to blindness, no warning, misdiagnosis, to intestinal problems, draining our money and requesting tests that were unnecessary we had enough! Dr. Kadri is AMAZING, he knows exactly what to do, how to handle it, he goes SLOWLY and takes his time to diagnose everything properly! He is so knowledgeable knows things even the EMERGENCY vets didn't know! The environment is a HOME style office which is SO welcoming and friendly my dog feels like hes visiting a friend or home, not a hospital its brilliant, my dog doesn't shake or fear this environment or doctor at all!!! The staff is super friendly and always on the ball!!!! They're caring and knowledgeable and take their time too!! I would recommend him and this place to everyone!!! They will take amazing care of your pet!!!

Dr. Kadri and his team have been nothing but a blessing to have a part of Just Paws Animal Rescue. Dr. Kadri is so dedicated to helping our dogs and cats who have come from some of the most horrible cases of abuse and neglect. We really feel lucky to have our animals in his care. We were lucky enough to meet Dr. Kadri in 2006 after a series of unfortunate encounters with several other vets. Until that time, many of the doctors our dogs had seen would jump to the worse, and most costly, solution for any ailment they had and in many cases, did more harm than good, to the point where our dogs had severe anxiety over going to any clinic to see any doctor. And then one day, we met Dr. Kadri and all of that changed - he was caring, patient and understanding, and most of all, our dogs loved him. Deciding to have him as our "familly doctor" was easily the smartest choice we ever made as pet owners. No matter which location Dr. Kadri worked at, we stayed with him exclusively as he showed nothing but love, respect and compassion for all of our dogs, no matter what illness they walked through the door with. We have relied on his care for anything from broken nails to cancer, skin disorders to cherry eye surgeries, allergies to neutering, and when our dogs had puppies, Dr. Kadri was there every step of the way ensuring that everything would go well not only for us, but especially for our dogs and their puppies. I would highly recommend Dr. Kadri's services and expertise to anyone looking for a vet for their pets - Dr. Kadri has followed our dogs for close to 8 years now, and has become an extended member of our family. Having a first pet is stressful, but luckily Dr. Kadri made it easier with the guidance, advice & care he provide to take good care of my baby Gucci. I did my homework before choosing a vet; I interviewed some, to find the right one for my puppy & Dr Kadri was the one. He’s helpful, professional & honest. He loves his job & adores pets. He performed the surgery neutering my puppy, it was perfectly done by laser with only two stitches, my baby had no pain and/or any after surgery complications. I always heard stories about surgeries went wrong but no, not with Dr Kadri, he is experienced, knows what he’s doing & he’s there when you need him or have any question. Staff in RHAH is friendly, they are always responsive, and hospital is clean. I highly recommend Richmond Hill hospital & Dr Kadri.

Dr. Issam Kadri is a very experienced, responsible and honest Veterinarian whom I have ever met. He cares about all his clients' pets. One thing I like him the most is he always keeps saying not to waste my monies to do extra examinations or surgeries in return causing my cats to suffer more pains. He knows that I don't have insurance plan for my cats, so he'll sometimes subsidize me with some discounts on the drugs. He doesn't act like other Veterinarians who make monies on me but not healing my cats in a professional way. Moreover, I did follow Dr. Kadri several years with different GTA locations until he now settles at Richmond Hill. Even though my cats do not like travel, I still think it is good for them to go visit Dr. Kadri in a long run basis. To be frank, I highly recommend this Veterinarian to all pet owners. And he has generous spirit and I am glad to see his success having his own hospital!!
