One of the best vets in this city! I've taken my dog and two cats to many different vets through out the GTA to try different Drs and prices, some places, like in Brampton were chip, but lacked experience and other places in Richmond hill or Thornhill or Toronto lacked Customer service or tried to sell you BS you don't need. Ellesmere vet clinic is by far the best and you get a lot more than what you spend. That is also why there always booked. A good Dr is hard to find, now that I have found one, I'm willing to travel the extra kilometres to make sure my boys get the best treatment possible. 5/5 for me.

Penny the groomer is the best. Always on time, no additional costs and she listens to and works to accommodate her clients. All the staff and Dr. d'Souza are also very nice, it's always a pleasant experience bringing my dogs there :-)

Dr. Dsousa is a wonderful vet and has been the vet for my parent's as well as my dogs. He cares for your pet(s) as if they were his own, and even dogs with behavioral issues are easily handled by him. He doesn't over vaccinate your pets, and is reasonably priced. I have JR's and they can sometimes be a handful at the vet, but he takes it all in stride, whereas I have had vets in the past that refused to see my Jack Russell Star, who has behavioral issues and is extremely stressed going to the vet. The staff all have the same wonderful compassion and care for pets, and I would refer Ellesmere Animal Clinic to anyone wanting a vet to care for their pets for life. I would follow him anywhere!!!
