The best clinic that I have been to. Receptionists open the door for me and greet me with a smile every time. As I am a Senior withour transportation, they often drive me to and from the clinic. AWFUL. The receptionist, "nurse" and most importantly the vet are all rude. The vet shows no genuine interest in the pet nor does she show care when my pet was ill. The vet treated both me and my pet as though we were a nuisance to her her. To top it all off she is quite snooty. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

We are very disappointed with this clinic and do not recommend it to others. The two vets that we have been dealing with over the last year are both gone now, so there is no consistency in the care of your pet. The owner, Dr. Ross, is also a very unpleasant person to deal with. Our cat is very ill with Chronic Renal Failure and needs reliable care. This clinic did not provide that or make any effort to notify us of the sudden changes in their staff, which left us scrambling to find another vet who we felt comfortable with. This clinic has always been on the pricey side but the rates have gotten higher. Definitely not worth the extra money when you receive inconsistent care and a less than friendly response from the owner and his reception staff.

Since Dr. Rob left the clinic I can no longer get drugs for my dog without an exam. However, I now see that this as a good thing rather than a negative. The doctors at Milliken Bridlewood have taken the time to sit down with me and explain that it is their responsibility to frequently examine my dog, and periodically check blood work while he is on this long term medication. They have thoroughly explained the medication to me, as well as all the side-effects and risks. I feel like I have learned more in the past few months, than I ever did at Bridlewood with Dr. Rob. I know the doctors at Milliken Bridlewood are now carefully reviewing my dog’s file before dispensing the medication when I call in for a refill. I have come to realize that I am getting better quality veterinary medicine now (without paying more!), and I feel like I am in better hands. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Keep up the good job guys!

I have been taking my pets to this hospital for many years.They have always been kind and compassionate to me and my pets.All the doctors and staff have been friendly and helpful answering all of my questions and concerns.I want to thank them for taking such good care of my dogs and cats and I am pleased to be able to recommend them highly and without reservation.
